Booking Procedure

Deposit 50% per head in advance. Remaining payment at the time of departure.

Payment Policy

  • Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable. However, the paid amount can be adjusted against future bookings or services within the same calendar year.
  • Tour prices are subject to fuel price fluctuations. Any significant increase during the trip may result in additional charges.

Terms & Conditions

  • 1. Health and Safety: Always carry a hand sanitizer and use it frequently. Wearing a face mask or cloth covering is mandatory. If you feel unwell (fever, cough, sneezing), please do not join the tour for your safety and the safety of others.
  • 2. Sitting Arrangement: Seats will be allotted before departure by tour management for your convenience and will shuffle (if needed) during the tour. For any specific seat demand by any member, 1000/seat/day will be charged.
  • 3. Behavior: Participants must maintain respectful behavior at all times. Any unethical behavior (misconduct with locals or other group members, use of abusive language, or drugs) will result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
  • 4. Prohibited Items: No illegal or prohibited items, including weapons, are allowed during the trip.
  • 5. Vehicle Use: On mountainous roads, the vehicle’s AC will be intermittently used to prevent overheating.
  • 6. Liability: While we take every precaution for your safety, there are risks involved, including natural disasters such as avalanches or accidents. The company, group leader, and tour organizers will not be held responsible for any incidents during the trip.
  • 7. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
  • 8. Punctuality: Participants are required to be on time for all departures and scheduled activities. Delays can affect the entire group’s experience.
  • 9. Fitness and Preparation: Ensure you are physically fit for the activities planned during the trip. Inform us of any medical conditions that may require special attention.
  • 10. Alcohol and Substance Use: Consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited during the trip. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination from the tour without any refund.
  • 11. Accommodation and Meals: Accommodations and meals provided during the trip will be as per the itinerary. Special requests may be accommodated depending on availability but are not guaranteed.
  • 12. Photography and Media: The company reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us beforehand.
  • 13. Respect for Local Culture: Show respect for local customs, traditions, and environments. Any actions that disrespect local culture will not be tolerated.
  • 14. Emergency Protocols: In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the tour leader and local authorities. Ensure that your emergency contact details are up to date.
  • 15. Group Harmony: To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, participants should avoid actions that may disturb the group dynamics. This includes excessive noise, inappropriate behavior, and non-cooperation with the tour leader.
  • 16. Weather Conditions: Be prepared for unexpected weather changes. The itinerary may be adjusted based on weather conditions for the safety of the group.
  • 17. Travel Documents: Carry all necessary travel documents, including identification, permits, and insurance (if applicable). Ensure they are valid for the duration of the trip.
  • 18. Environmental Responsibility: Our trips are environmentally friendly. Any damage to the environment will not be tolerated.
  • 19. Insurance: Our trips are not insured. While we prioritize your safety, we are not liable for any incidents resulting from natural disasters or accidents.
  • 20. Respect for Differences: All participants must respect cultural differences, religions, and local practices. Any conflict or violence, whether verbal or physical, will be dealt with strictly.
  • 21. Responsibility for Children: If traveling with children, parents or guardians are fully responsible for their safety and behavior during the trip.
  • 22. Itinerary Changes: The itinerary is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances such as road conditions, weather, or local events. We will do our best to inform participants in advance, but last-minute changes may occur.
  • 23. Personal Medications: Ensure you bring enough medication to last the entire trip.
